People need to have some understanding of each other, best by having worked together.

Groups should be at least three people in size, but no more than eight. One participant turns and faces the opposite way of the group members so that their back is facing the other participants. The other group members then share an appreciation with the person whose back is turned. With small groups, you can set up a time limit that people should talk for (1-2 minutes). With larger groups, each person in the group should share a positive appreciation.
Once everyone has shared or time is completed, each person in the group takes their turn to be showered with appreciations.
